SPA’s board is elected by the membership at the AGM to manage the SPA on behalf of the members. Board members are elected for renewable 2-year terms.

Chair

Howard is chief executive Gross Klein, a successful smaller practice he has run for over 30 years. He brings a deep understanding of the needs of the smaller practitioner community having sat on both the Board and Council of the ICAEW and Chaired its Practice Committee. He is committed to ensuring the views of SPA members resonate with Government and industry bodies.
