This webinar will help corporates and firms understand why the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (ECCTA) has been introduced. We will explore the Companies House changes coming into force during 2024, their implications, the upcoming filing requirements for small and micro companies, and the proposed new thresholds for company size classification limits.
